The Whirlpool WED5000DW is a discontinued / legacy top-load electric dryer — no longer in production, but we still service it. This recent-legacy model uses AccuDry moisture sensing and Wrinkle Shield Plus, and is still widely serviced.
On electronic models we see the F3 sensor faults and F4 heat faults, while the most common cause of poor drying is a lint-clogged vent, not a part.
